Keith Cornish has 40 years experience in commercial and cottage construction, building renovations, maintenance programs, supervision/project management of large commercial projects, negotiation of tenders/quotes, design, submission of relevant documentation to local regional authorities and insurance related investigative matters.
Keith was the UNE School of Biological Sciences representative on the Design, Construction and Project Management team for the National Marine Sciences Centre at Coffs Harbour NSW. Overseeing the construction of the new campus within UNE’s Facilities Management and GH&D engineers. In addition, Keith lead the project team pioneering the innovative construction of the unique flow-through saltwater system for the Centre.
Keith’s qualifications and experience are broad and include a Diploma in Marine Engineering, Fitting and Machining and post trade Deisel Engineering. Keith is has extensive experience in automative repair, drafting and building construction, industrial supervision and engineering design.
In addition to his role as Principal for Armidale Property Inspections, Keith is an MCS Group building and engineering consultant.
